Wasps....Help....They've taken over our bathroom!

Just got up about half an hour ago to hear a strange noise coming from the bathroom. So in I go to be confronted by a swarm of wasps.
I don't like wasps all that much and I could really do with getting them out. Can anyone offer any advice?
I suspect to call someone out on a bank holiday would be really expensive so is there anything I can buy to do it myself?
Does smoke make them go away as I have some smoke bombs which I could use?
It looks like they have got in around the waste pipe for the bath as I fitted a new bathroon last year but never got round to sealing up the hole around the pipe. The wasps could have built a nest in the cavity or even under the bath.
Any help gratefully received.

I assume the wasps came in via an open window?
If that is the case it might be worth trying to lure them outside by putting some jam/honey outside under the bathroom window.
It might be enough to bring most of them out, then nip into the bathroom close the window and finish off the last few with a rolled up magazine.

There's probably about 30 in the bathroom and about 10 to 15 outside. I don't fancy taking on that many with a rolled up mag.
Looks like they got in around the bath waste pipe.
I hate wasps. Never been stung so I'd probably get that shock thing and end up dead.
Is there anything other than insect spray that I can get from B&Q? Something a bit stronger maybe.

I'd probably start with emptying a can of insect killer in the bathroom, then try some expanding foam wasp killer outside around the waste pipe. You can get it from B&Q and it lets you stand a couple of metres away while using it. Not sure how best to go about tackling getting under the bath though. I'd be very wary about removing the panel.
I had a similar thing a couple of years ago, some mortar had fallen out of the brickwork underneath my front window and the little yellow and black b
ds had made a nest in the cavity. I got the foam and sprayed the entrance which naturally pissed them off, however as they came out of the hole they were covered in foam and hence popped their little clogs.

I don't think you can suffer anaphylactic (sp?) shock on first sting exposure unless it's excessive numbers. It is a sensitisation effect; i.e. you become more sensitive with successive events. Like you, I have never been stung either and certainly wouldn't go in there without a full face protection, overalls, and wellies with grease bands around the ankles. They seem to have either left now or they have gone quiet while they are planning an attack as soon as I open the door.
I'm favouring the smoke bomb at the moment. I could light it on the landing then run in, open the window so they can escape then run out again.

Empty a can of fly/wasp killer through a crack in the doo, woit 5 mins and enter carefully.
Wife's uncle was a pest controller and rthat's all he did.
Suggest you look outside on the wall near the bathroom and watch for a few mins. You can usually see the nest entrance and then use the wasp killer in spray form or get a can o the foam stuff and spray it through the entrance hole.
