So what pranks used to happen at your school?

Kegging during sports lessons was a popular one.

Gradual humming during class gradually getting louder and louder until the teacher noticed. Also done in assembly. Surprisingly loud when 300+ kids are all humming.

Stink bombs in assembly.

Egging of teachers on last day of school. (Wasn't involved in that!)

Smoke bombs.

Spending all maths class screwing up paper into balls, then as soon as the bell rang have a paper ball war with the maths class next door. (I was in the higher maths group, so only saw this happen)

Setting fire extinguishers off.

Loading up porn on other peoples computers while they were away.

Netsending the entire school the message "Devon has a ginger muff" 600+ computers all got it. I probably wouldn't have done it if I knew it was going to blue screen about 20% of them.

Getting into netOP on the school network and controlling peoples computers.

Whole class bursting into song half way through a class.

Seeing how many sweets from those sweets bracelets we could flick into our french teachers afro before she noticed. Answer: As many as we liked.

we used to have 1 kid who was always late for classes so used to spend the time before he arrived pushing drawings pins up through the base of his chair.

The great rubber war.
Stink bombs.
Filling peoples bags up with watwer in the science labs.
Blocking science lab sinks and turning taps on.
Putting the year 7s in lockers

That reminds me, filled a kids bag up with sand from the long jump pit then 2 of us lugged it back to where he put it.
Watching him go to pick it up remains the funniest thing i've ever seen, even if it was mean.

Your school sounds exactly the same as mine.. We were nasty laugh

Science lab gas taps being left on.
Throwing pencil cases/bags out of the 2nd floor window.
Massive snowball fights.
Tissue paper biro shooters.
Stealing books from the library (They had a beeper if they hadn't scanned the book.. And one mad librarian who'd chase after you.)
Getting chased around the school by the teachers was good too.
Pushing each other into the girls toilets.

As well as the paper in a bic biro I just remeber flicking fountain pens down the back of music teachers dress.

That must have been SO annoying when she saw it, but it used to happen every week

What do you mean by posting? At my school that meant putting someones bed up on its end against the wall while they were asleep in it (a boarding school obviously). It usually came at the same time as a pillow fight which by its very nature was very loud so often got interrupted by teachers. Always entertaining to have a teacher burst in with 9 boys looking rather sheepish with pillows in their hands and one boy trapped upside down between his bed and the wall unable to move!

My personal fave! - Nothing quite like the pant-wettingly funny sound of a rubber travelling at warp 6 bouncing off a mates head smile

Smoking without getting busted on the school grounds.
Setting off the fire extinguishers.

Our version was grabbing someone, lifting them up by their limbs, spreading their legs and then running them into a post /wince/

there were some right evil fkers at my school. Some of the things we used to do included

1) taking a surgical glove and cutting the middle three fingers out of it, putting the outer 2 on and using the middle one to fire marbles at each other. By fk it worked and hurt like hell when you got hit!

2) There was a wee phase of people getting the hollow bit of a bic biro pen, cutting the wee plastic bit from the end of thier laces, pusing a needle through it and using the pen as a blowpipe. Those things travelled pretty fast too and stuck right into whatever they were fired at.

3) Soggy bombs! Chewing bits of paper until they were soggy then firing them at the blackboard.

elastic band fights, soggy balls in the bic pen, koshing (the process of drawing a penline on someones face/neck/arms etc.) Ping a ruler over the end of the desk and try to make the loudest noise. Put objects into locks, replace french audio cassettes with music. Remote control watches when a video was playing making the volume go up, and up.

And then the body was disposed of at the long jump pit.
