PH 100 month forum/club

Ive got a while to go to get to the 100 month member barrier, so can someone tell me what the sacred "100 month" forum is like?
Do you have special appearances by Ted and the Haymarket lot, and do they take you out for slap up meals?

Is there a secret hand shake - like forming the hands into the PH symbol? (not sure how you do that)

I suppose you all get an increase in payment too, after all you are entitled to it I suppose.
