If you could change just one decision in your life....

Just for fun, if you had the chance to change just one decision that you made in the past which one would it be?

Personally I would change who I chose to follow between my father and mums husband when i was a teenager, I chose wrong and now I don't speak to either of them.

I wouldnt of got a 'mate' a job at the dealership i was working at.

There would never of been no 'accident' i would never of been arrested, i would probably still be working there instead of doing what i do now.

as for me, id change nothing, everything i have chosen, has made me who i am today, and im quite proud of myself. i have nothing in life worth any money, but im a rich man in many other ways

hard one to say, if I actually carefully think about major decisions i have made in the past, and the subsequent results, i can honestly say that where I am now is a direct result of these decisions and I am for the most part happy. Butterfly effect and all that etc...

After my first year of studying physics i would have switched to automotive engineering. I think it would have been a lot more interesting.

Think mine would be to spend more time with my Dad before he passed away, not be a typical teenager, be in more family photos with him and had more memories.

He only passed away in May, and i'm only 19 now so would like to go back a few years

Strangley I don't regret doing crap in school and not getting past GCSE level ( At which my highest grade was a C in PE, rest where E's F's etc)
Its put me where I'm at now, and I enjoy it despite my life being far from perfect or good enough for people to think "he has it good"

What I realy regret is spending every single penny of that £6000 I got for my 18th birthday nearly two years ago. I spent it on crap and can only account for £1k of it. If I was sensible I'd have a lovely kit car on the drive

No going to university. I had places at Durham to study Biomedical Science and at Liverpool to study Physiotherapy, didn't even have to get decent grades in my A-Levels (which I didn't, but thats another story) and I didn't go and I really don't know why I made that decision.

I would not have left the bank to start up in business with a mate who would turn out to spunk the company up the wall and leave me without enough cash to recover the company.

Sums things up for me. The mistakes I made have been a learning experience and helped me to end up doing what I do today. It's one long journey that seems to have been worth it.

If I could change one thing, I'd have done some remote farm work somewhere in Australia to extend my work visa to 2 years, but I'm happy and healthy where I am now and had I decided to keep working in Oz, I'd still be there and perhaps not about the embark on something that has been damned hard work, but something I've always wanted to do
