Ever heard of them?

They have issued a demand to us on behalf of Scottish Power regarding electricity in a building we used to own about 4/5 years ago. I have now received a card in the post saying they are due to call at my premises I'm assuming to collect the outstanding money. The thing is, the property was full let and we have no record of ever even receiving a bill in the first place.

Needless to say they haven't been the most helpful on the phone.

Should I call my solicitor?
