Has anyone got any experience of Orange's stance on replacing batteries on a 12 month old moby?

I pay £5 per month for their insurance scam and wondered if it covered batteries that will not hold a charge?

They replaced mine a few years ago IIRC no problem.

Should be covered by warranty, insurance shouldn't matter.

Used their insurance with no problems before - wasnt for a battery though.

May be different now, but a few years ago my charger packed up, phoned Orange(had insurance) they said they would replace it, but there was a "hidden" admin cost?? Of £15 per claim.

What type is it and where are you based? I have a stock of Moto batterys.
