Working from home? How's it going today?

Daytime thread for all of us home workers, just as a general place to chat about what we are upto in our 'down time' 
This morning I finished designing a PDF for a company that specialises in obscure cleaning products aimed at the healthcare market, very boring if I'm honest, but got it done, on time - just!
Then later on popped out for a meeting at a nightclub, got back and I am now half way through designing a flyer for them, I always enjoy work off these guys, they are cool and the work is generally pretty fun. The freebies on a night out don't hurt either
So, what are you upto? How's it going?

2 hour conference call 9 to 11, 11:05 I managed to tip a full glass of Pepsi Max over my laptop.
That laptop is now sealed in a binbag with some rice (I was advised it may help remove the moisture ... it may have been a wind up, but I had just poured fizzy drinks over it, I was in no position to complain about bad advice). I am working on my 10 year old laptop instead ... very, very slowly.

Open up the laptop and rest it so it's screen and keyboard down, in the bag if you like.
You want that Pepsi running down and away from your motherboard.
Not too well, have been struggling with slow internet today (doesn't help when one job is online only), and the lovely peeps at Virgin have had no email service all day, the mails have started coming through, but all emails between 6am and 12.30pm have 'disappeared', so don't know what I haven't received that i should have!
Plus my motivation has sort of well gone

Ahhh, crappy internet speeds, the baine of my life! Yes Talk Talk, I do thank you for 'upgrading' my connection. I don't thank you for taking the service down for two days without telling me wghile you do it...Plus my motivation has sort of well gone
My motivation has slipped a bit too, what are you working on?

I know for instance that this Friday will be a totally free day for me, yet yesterday I started work in the morning and finished at 1AM.

I had to take my car for a service today, so got up at usual time. Conference call can be done from anywhere, but with use of the mute button on the Blackberry headset they couldn't tell that I was walking about a bit, always double check the mute before you flush though ...Surely you just wake up late, wonder around for a while.. Have lunch, doss.. Watch TV, have tea and then watch some evening TV?

Pouring the drink over the laptop was a particularly stupid thing to do though. I'm hoping they will just replace it. And not laugh at me too much. Luckily I had synchronised it just last night so I haven't lost any work.
The worst thing is the temptation to snack in the kitchen ...
Well I have two online jobs, one of them I have to be online at 7am, so have to be up for that, the other one is a do it when I feel like, but I do have a target each month, and I saved doing anything till the last 10 days, so was up and at em by 6 this morning (other half on earlies so was up at 5 anyway), but the new month starts tomorrow and I am determined to start on the target then, i can't be doing with these last minute panics.
It's hard to send sexy texts when you are half alseep and the coffee really needs to be going in intravenously. Plus it's painful when you are dealing with the one customer that seems to be looking for his next door neighbour and if you don't 'live' close enough then he swaps to someone else.
I'm actually supposed to be making some jewellery this afternoon while 'babysitting' another operator, but as i said, motivation and creativity sort of fled the building.
