The hollowpoints in the ballistics gel are amazing. Shows why they do so much damage inside a human....you can even see what the bullet does when it hits.

I've seen similar "trade training" videos, usually ones of rounds going through car doors, trees, walls, etc. Kind of a "Things not to hide behind when being shot at" type reminder.
