I'm all for debating opinion. I like to hear other people's opinions.
But opinions on humour are just as pointless as asking the question, "What is your favourite colour?".

It's not like we haven't had debates such as this before. In fact, they are a perennial feature and decide nothing - because what you find funny may do nothing for me - and vise versa.

That's the way it is with comedy and humour.

Inevitably these threads (of which there was one not long ago) mention all comedians by the end of it.

Just having the one list of all then closing the thread would save a lot of time.
