Seemingly unfathomable logic.For example........
..i won £450 on The National Lottery Hotpicks about 3 years ago.When i came to claim the assistant behind the counter was just about to hand me the winnings in cash.However i wanted to put it in the bank and as i am self employed i wanted a it in the form of a cheque so i could demonstrate, if required as a result of a tax inspection at a later date, that it was lottery winnings and not undeclared earnings that i had banked.
Cash i could have as an anonymous individual no questions asked just the winning ticket was required.
A cheque however was a different story.Yes i could have a cheque but i was required to produce two forms if identification.
The path of a cheque is at least traceable - cash is not.
Surely this should have been the other way around.Or have i missed something ?

The company you work for is in financial difficulty and announces job cuts.
Distressed that the bloke youve been taking 30minute-long 15min tea breaks with for the last 30yrs is going to be given a golden handshake, you resolve to teach the company a lesson by....

....going on strike. The company spends more money on scab labour and legal costs wrangling with your union and you have cleverly put them in an even worse financial position than before, thus now putting your own job in danger. Well done you.
It never ceases to amaze me.

In the public sector you are employed in an area that is a success.
Your geographical neighbour in the same sector is not a success.
Your budget is cut and the difference fed to your failing neighbour.
Your neighbour states clearly the cash injection is not enough to change their fortunes.
You cut is enough to make your area fail.
Still the plan is implemented and now two areas are failing.

my missus went on a course and the last thing i said that morning was, text me when leaving the course as I will leave my place and pick you up on the way through at your place of work (a school).

5:30 in the evening get a call asking where i am, still at work waiting to be told you are leaving the course. oh i am back, i get told, i will get a lift home.
the unfathomable logic is, its my fault i hadn't left earlier even though i had no idea when she would be back.
does this one count? is it the same for every bloke in a relationship?

Public sector is funded by private sector money.
Private sector makes jobs cuts and puts projects on back burner, stops producing as much so less money in recession.
Public sector hire new people and give themselves pay rises and then threaten to strike when told they cant as there is no money.
Public sector dont take cant/wont as an answer.
Public sector strike for money that isnt there and will never be there.
Private sector hate public sector for being an arse in tough times.
Public sector members lose more money through the strikes than they would have gained in their demands.
Private Sector laugh at public sector incompitence
