Letting to those with War Pension....

Hello, after a little help please.....I have rented my property for the last couple of years and am now looking for new tenants. My estate agent has called today saying that they have found a couple who are interested but who recieve some form of housing benefit from a war pension.

Obviously I am not keen on having DSS in my property (although they cannot make as much mess as the last tenant!) but know little about war pension/housing benefit and how this would work. Can anyone help with any information.....specifically on how the money is paid to me and what happens if the money stops.
