Are moustaches fundamentally evil?

Nipped out the office a moment ago, and as I waited to cross the road an old 911 went past. It was left hand drive, sporting a rather 'lived in' look, and appeared to be driven by a close relative of Borat. Sat in a partially unbuttoned shirt (chest wig firmly on display) and with one hand proudly mounted on the twelve o'clock position of the steering wheel (a la modded Corsa driver) was a middle aged man of apparently mediteranian descent with a very prominent moustache. He looked comically sleazy - like the product of a union between a third-rate Columbian drug baron and the owner of a recently condemned kebab shop.

That of course is a case of huge stereotyping and also a degree of casual racism, but it did get me wondering if you could extend things further. Hitler? Moustache. Stalin? Moustache. Robert Mugabe? Also a moustache wearer...

Are they inherently evil?
