Blooming Ugg boots

Hi guys the GF wants a set of uggs and being the nice bloke I am going to get her the set she wants for christmas. Looking on ugg.co.uk and Treds and they come in at £195 :| she is worth it but I was wondering if there was anywhere cheaper to get them because if I pay that price I wont beable to get her much more.

She found a fake site the otherday and they wanted £60 but since they where fake she didnt buy them and they still tried to steal £200 out of her account! So I was wondering if any woman or partners in my situation have found them cheaper and real!? I need the classic tall range - chocolate.

I have a friend that has just come back from the states. They were cheaper there but i'm told not by much.

Cheers for the thinking works out about £100+ from oz direct. Havnt got the shipping quote yet but cant see it being more then $45 which isnt too bad.

Just realised I was on the us section so the exchange rate is diff and the post came to $95 dollars so £165 in total. A bit better.

There's a huge thread/article on Uggs on the Moneysavingexpert site above. It will take you a while to plough through it, but I think those gals know their stuff.

I've got some ugg slippers which are very warm and comfy, but sheesh - for that sorta money you could get her a really fantastic pair of shoes!

Oh believe me when I say that the fairer sex can spot a fake or a copycat from 1000 paces.

Whatever you think about them SWMBO and many like her love them and the trip to the Ugg store in covent garden last December gave me so many brownie points I'm still spending them on track day, rounds of golf and Saturdays at the rugby club!

And if they are for xmas, can you risk the post from Aus in these times of strikes by the dinosaur post workers for the sake of a few bob!

seems theres more than 1 company making ugg boots, dekka being the main ones who get theirs made in china, whooga apparently make theirs in Oz.

My brother went to OZ on rugby tour and drunkenly bought a pair. He Is size 13 and they did sizes upto 16. Anyway I have worn them "around the house" and I can report they are comfy as fk.

Get them in your size and steal them.
