Dog lovers- 1 year old needs rehoming urgently.............

Can anyone please help?
Nearly a year ago, I pulled annie out of a river- having been deposited by (best guess) some gypo's.
My parents agreed to take her on, and she gas grown to be a fantastic little dog.
Alas, my father has been burdened with some serious health issues- one of which may be related to the dog.
With great sadness, the folks gave made the decision to get her re-homed- this is hopefully where you come in.
Annie is (vets best guess) cross cocker and jack Russell. She stands about 10 inches to the shoulder, is black and White, and a lovely looking dog.
She is a year old round about now- I fished her out on dec 5th last year.
She is obviously fully innoculated, speyed, wormed etc.
Totally housetrained,walks well on a leash, recalls no problem when she is off it.
Great with other dogs- not sure with cats, never been near them.
She honestly doesn't gave a single ounce of malice in her,very loyal, responds well to any human voice.
She will fetch,drop, hold anything and loves playing- a super companion to my 3 year old son.
I cannot take her on due to a recent accident and pending surgury.
If anyone knows of a genuine,loving home please let me know- by thus I should add somewhere with a reasonable garden/access to park and a family that will take a dig on knowing the responsibilities it holds.
Can anyone help me to post pictures? I'm struggling due to only having an iPhone.
It's a heartbreaking decision given her start in life, but it's human (parent) welfare vs her, and my parents gave to be realistic.
Any offers greatly appreciated.

Beats the outbreak of gay threads though, I spose.
Could it be that several people are having a bad time of things, and would ask likeminded individuals for help, rather than having a much loved member of the family put into kennels for an unknown length of time?Beats the outbreak of gay threads though, I spose.
I don't think that they would snoop around looking for things.
It's more that a responsible person would check for a dog proof garden in the first instance.
Too many animals are seen as status symbols or used to portray a certain image. No one in their right mind would allow an animal to go to such a home.
They are checked (as much as can be) to try to ensure the animal will be cared for.
I would rather have annie put down than go somewhere where she would be neglected

They should start doing this kind of check when people want kids, not dogs It's more that a responsible person would check for a dog proof garden in the first instance.
