ok I am appealing for help here.

Remember when Peter Andre first appeared on the scene many years ago he was famous for his six pack.

I am sure I remember reading that they were prosthetics and I am sure I remember him admiting it and defending having them put in.

Need proof to shut up a woman who is fixated with his stomach.

I need proof though otherwise she will not listen.
In fact I don't think she would belive me if I walked up and gutted him like a fish and slapped her in the face with them.

But just so I can have a told you so moment.

I've googled but can find nothing.

From my quick bit of googling, few people mentioned steroids in the 90s and apparently one reason that Boobs left him was because she was sick of the time he spent in the gym.

On a similar note, did Tom Cruise have bicep implants?

Peter had his nose reshaped about six years ago when he was in his mid 20's. He said he had the secret rhinoplasty to improve his looks and that prior to the surgery, he would not let people take photos of his side profile because he didn't like the look of his nose.

In the same interview he also talked about a frightening but thankfully brief period in his youth when he ended up in a psychiatric hospital due to troubling multiple panic attacks.

No, no... the saviour of the world. That includes man, trees, birds and beasts.

I seem to remember he took steroids for his abs, which does the job quite efficiently with, to give him some credit, a st load of effort as well both on fitness and diet.

You'd have to work seriously hard to get a six pack like that though. You'd end up having no life and always being in the gym!

Not really. The gym is the easy bit. The tough bit is always being hungry whilst you're dropping the bodyfat to get the definition. That sucks!

I remember some interview with him where he said when all his mates used to go round the weights he found that boring so used to do nothing but sit-ups while they did that. Which would pretty much do it I suppose.

As in not eating, or just eating salads or something? Still sounds like a lot of work to me!
