Meryl Streep has aged very well.

To be honest I hate all her films. Out of Africa, Sophie's Choice etc, all crap. And I always thought her a bit of a "luvvie", and I don't really like that sort of thing. So she held no great attraction for me... until the day I met her a few years ago.

She was an utter delight. Gorgeous and natural, she had an easy charm and she captivated me. What was it the late film critic Alexander Walker said? Something about her lighting up the screen with a radiant beauty. Well I agree completely, and as I saw the sunlight shining through her silken hair, and the smile play across her face, I looked at her and thought God I'd love to fk her up the arse.
