Yes that time of year approaches where for once you can be as loud and noisy as you want without your local busy body Prius driving councillor being able to say diddly squat. OK I'm, getting on in years but there is still the rather childish excitement of beating your next door neighbour. He puts up the Fiesta 1.4Si and you respond with a Nissan GTR.

It's good for the first half an hour, but all night every night for several nights takes it too far.
