Anyone been to University in Germany??

After my last post on here about where to go for a stag do in Germany. I have decided to go Hamburg.

But now I'm picking dates, I'm just thinking it might be better when the Uni lot are still about,

So does anyone know when they brake up for the year? and Also, if it really matters!! Would it be just as good when they have gone as it;s such a bif City??
