Help needed looking for IT support comedy website

I'm trying to find an old website based on IT support calls.....I can't find for the life of me the website but I'm sure somebody here knows it.

The whole website has old retro PC's as a background and the sketches are played on a "monitor" as a movie on the screen and the voices sound American and squeaky.....

Any ideas?!?!?!?
