bit difficult really , our Dog is with the Mother-in law , she has a very large garden , so he is always outside running around , kennel outside , however he comes in the house regulary as its now -26c , ( although hes quite happy outside unless it gets to -48c ) Oh, is it a male? Please don't do this.First of all get yourself into the mindset of if he pees in the house, it's your fault for not seeing the signs/taking him out often enough/not teaching him where to wee.
Take him out every hour to the place you want him to toilet and when he goes, make a huge fuss and praise him.
If he pees indoors and you find it afterwards - simply clean it. If you see him in the act of squatting to pee, make a noise to distract him and stop him mis flow, immediately take him to the toilet area until he finishes, then make a huge fuss and praise him.
ETA: Just say you said not a puppy. You'll know how often he normally goes between wees, so adjust the one hour to that timescale minus half an hour.

I'm a bit confused, how old is he? Does he live ouside or inside?
If he spends his life outside then he's suddenly brought in he will have accidents.
You need to start from basics. As already mentioned take out regularly esp after waking up, eating, playing and anytime he suddenly looks restless goes off on his own in the house.
As soon as he wees outside (and you need to be outside with him to witness it) give him lots of praise and a reward.
Do not tell him off if you find he has weed inside, no point.
It'll take a while esp as he's a bit older and esp if he is as I understand it living outside most of the time. It is asking a lot of him.

Its cold outside... maybe he doesnt like the idea of his balls shriveling up in the cold and likes a warm place to pee...
Know I hate it having to wander into a freezing bathroom for a pee... but I have learned to live with that... plus the other half would kill me if I attempted otherwise and used a kettle, etc..

Put his bedding where he pees or serve his food there. Dogs will not soil their own bedding or where they eat.
If that isn't practical, then consider putting his bedding into a large cage and shutting him in there when you can't watch him. He won't repeat unless completely desperate. When you let him out, then take him to where you want him to pee and praise him hugely if he does so.

fantastic breed used by the Russians as Sheep dogs let loose in the wild , they are very very territorial and very protective , can be very aggressive , can kill wolves. 90kg is about the limit for the breed ,
Ours gets through about a kilo of meat mix a day ,
