I had the need to google a word for its definition (as you do).

I got the answer on the second hit, but being a bloke, I simply had to check out hit 5.

I didn't read it all, but WTF?

Although "Who'da thunk it", being the phonetic is, I believe, more acceptable. After all, if we are going to accept "thunk", we can't be too picky about the contraction of "who would have".

Still, I agree, "Who'd of..." is just plain wrong.
