Oh christ.
Following the general busy schedule of hospitals, injections, pain etc i appear to have forgotton our anniversary.
fffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucccccccccccccccccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.
Mrs Emsman has stood right by me through a very difficult year, and i forget the big day (which co-insides with the anniversary of her mothers death no less)
I have a feeling the worst injury of the year may well be sustained this evening- i thought it was a trifle frosty in the house this morning.
OK: ideas, get outs, lame excuses etc all gratefully received
Or is it massive apology time, beg forgiveness, and camp in the spare room for a week.

this is an easy one.
cook her favourite [though knowing your luck i;d recommend a takeaway] & have quiet night in. tell her you know it isn't much but with the state you're in and all you've been through recently it really brought it home how special she is and how much you love her. she melts, you're saved.
failing that, get her a toylander.
