How do you get candle wax off clothing?

Was'nt sure where to place this topic but does anyone know how to get candlewax off a fleece coat?have tried putting it in the freezer,someone told me it would just chip off,it's been in there a few hours and it'is'nt working,suggestions please.

Kitchen towel and a warm iron.

Put brown paper on it and then iron over the top which will melt the wax onto the paper.

Don't have any brown paper,but will try with kitchen towel.

Put it in a freezer for a couple of hours? Would that make it brittle enough to break off if you tap it with a hammer?

I was in the pub with friends,and there were candles on the tables,and i knocked it off spilling wax on to my coat,and a friends coat.

Use scissors or a sharp knife to cut out the area with the wax on.
