Total con, if it sounds to good it is to good. Think about it, you pay for bids, say 40 quid buys you 100. You then have to place said bids at low amount over a given period of 24 hours 2 days, whatever. The auction supposedly stops randomly at any given time. Chances of your bid being successful, very low. You will end up paying a fortune for bids and still win nothing.

The auction stops whenever no one else places a bid during the 'extended time'. It's still very unlikely that your bid will be the final bid, but it's not exactly a scam.

I'd still advise to steer clear.

You will waste valuable and non-recoverable parts of your life if you get involved AND be out of pocket too.

Yip, forgot exact way it works, was a while since I first saw it. Every time someone places a bid the clock gets reset and adds time for subsequent bids. Crazy system, although not illegal it must be close to the edge. It is glorified gambling but with really st and unpublished odds of winning.

Watching that auction, I would find the whole process very irritating keep going up from 8 seconds to 59 seconds. I suppose once it reaches what they think its worth then it would end?

Reminds me of those shopping channel ones that start at £499 then drop over the next 2 minutes to a staggering £19.99! So you 'save' all that money.

I tried it out (used the free bids), unless you actually win the auction then you will be spending money for nothing.

Do you know what the biggest jip is though? I thought that being up all night would mean I have more chance of winning (less people to fight it out with at 4:45am) but.......... they suspend the fking auctions at night! fking con!
