skin tight body coloured overalls for nude effect

looking for this for a fancy dress party to go with borat style mankini, but can't find it.
I've seen some students wearing these and a scarf this summer for a demonstration of some sort, but just tried amazon and ebay and with no results. Perhaps my keyword choice is off.

help please.

we wanted to do just wear the mankini, but decided it will be too cold and we most likely will not get away with it. So it's either the nude bodysuit or another theme altogether...

What about a dance shop - ballet dancers tend to wear that sort of stuff don't they?
