I'm in London, I hate london, so I am going to bash London
Discussion
Unfortunatly this visit was unavoidable. It is my fathers 50th and I had to come here for dinner. Anyway, since getting off the train at Kings Cross (because there is no effing way I'm driving here, the parking is crap) I've made two observations that cement my distaste for this place.
1) beards aren't grown, they are styled.
2) it must be really challenging to walk through Richmond Park, the amount of people wearing North Face clothing.
it also stinks of diesle, but every city does. However, I have just seen an Orange SLR 722 convertable so every cloud and all that.

I reckon that the sooner Charlie Foxtrot, Foxtrot Oscars back to wherever he came from, the sooner London will be a better place once again.
London does have some good bits, although at least one of them is the road out

How very pointless.
I don't fancy living there, either. Purely personal. My brother does, and loves it. However, unless you're a completely agrophobic hermit, you can't fail to see the merits that london has to offer. Some of the best cultural attractions in the world, the best restaurants, the best night life, the best shopping, brilliant sightseeing, and it also has that distinct 'change of scenery' aspect, and true feel of being in a capital city.
But then, if you live in front of your PC pretending you're right about the world, you won't be curious about any of these things.

Funny how I can just drive into town and find a space in Mayfair within minutes.Gassing Station | The Lounge | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
