Spending £250 on someone you haven't met, are you sure you dont fancy her in a odd sort of way? wink

Or go with the dildo idea.

Can you buy dildos for £250 yikes

Surely you'd have to be very permanently single, or pretty inadequate to do that?

Sounds like it to me. You might send something to the head of the company - assuming the relationship between the companies needs to be kept sweet - but sending stuff to employees is a bit odd.

However, if the thought of a bird whose bush starts at her navel and ends near her knees turns you on, simply suggest that you're really interested in Poland and plan to visit in the Spring. Then suggest she might like to 'show you around'.

Too right. And there's that other old chestnut: "Buy me what you think I'd like".
So I did! Who'd have thought she really wanted a Scalextric and an air rifle?! Wimmin, funny creatures.

For those who missed the OP's post, let me paraphrase his polite request.

In the course of his work, he has dealings with a company in Poland. He seems to have acquired the telephonic version of beer goggles and has fallen for the dusky tones of the girl who answers the phone. Unable to find love amongst ladies of his own nationality, he felt that he may have a better chance with a girl he can conquer economically before having to rely on charm or good looks. His question, therefore, was what he should buy her for Christmas for the a sum in the region of £250.

His true and undying love for the young lady in question has clearly clouded his senses, however, as the last posting date for Poland was the 10th December, but that shouldn't stop us giving him some sage advice first.

And OP, if you feel I have in any way misrepresented your opening gambit please blame only yourself, as removing opening posts is not on nono

Others, who did see your post, will of course corroborate everything I have written.

For real.

And, having previously worked in a purchasing job, where suppliers were constantly ringing me up touting for business, sounding gorgeous and arranging a meeting, I can confirm the old adage:

"Sounds hot on the phone, add three stone."

yeh watever, you guys are being silly...I thought this was the place to get some advice if i wanted childish banter i wouldve posted on the Sun forums, when it became clear that all i was gonna get was stupid comments i deleted my OP....V8mate i had a lot of respect for you when you used to write up the auction reports, stop being a kid..I do have a Soh but for gods sake i only asked for advice

As for the £250 its all relative, this person has helped me a lot and ive made more than £250 back so whats the problem? would it matter if i gave her 25p?

As it happens i do have a partner, maybe some of you guys dont, maybe you do, maybe you ought to buy them a dildo they might appreciate it
