I have a Pets As Therapy dog and visit a charity for adults with learning disabilities. They rely on their minibus to get their people to and from the day centre, but last week it was stolen from outside their centre - meaning that many of them are unable to get there. At any time of year this would be very sad - the day centre is the highlight of many of their lives - but at Christmas it is an absolute tragedy.

I despair to think we live amongst people who clearly have no morals or conscience and are prepared to steal from a charity - especially at Christmas!

SO much for 'goodwill to all men' - very sad

Hapens every week.... charities seem to think they are imune to theft so have not been taking precautions.... gone are the days of leaving a charity pot on the counter and expecting it to stay where it was put!

Such is the world we find ourselves!

That's a bit different to an alarmed and locked minibus on their own premises though, isn't it?

My uncle used to look after those Sooty's you see in various shops. He said over the last few years they have gone missing, been found in front gardens, been empty etc etc. People are just unbelievable!
