IF I was in the area I'd be out today searching. Sadly I am not. I wish the owner all the best though, I am all too aware of the anguish of this situation....

I walk my dog up by Parklands in Oadby quite a bit, i'll keep my eyes open. It maybe be worth getting the owner to print off some missing dog posters and putting them up in the coffee shop up there. And in the pet shop near the Parade.

Im not doing anything tomorrow

Quite happy to drive up and spend a few hours searching.

Any specific areas, or just a general look around the whole of Oadby

Nice to hear a happy ending. My vet told me of two escapees last night.. One was killed outright by a car and the second was put to sleep about 5 mins after someone brought it in, also having been hit by a car.........

Great news that he has been found.

When I saw Emsman posting, I thought I was going to read that he'd been mauled by the missing mutt, knowing his luck.

Good news smile

So easily done. I accidentally left the side gate open this morning after going in/out and I realised that I had stupidly let the dogs into the garden.

Heart missed a beat (you know that sick sinking feeling) and also being a main bus route.

Called them both loudly. One poped her head round from between the car and van and came trotting in the side gate. My wife also was calling as well and the the other came up the front path.

Doggy treats were in order smile
