Who's seen a postie recently?

Amazon can get me a book, ordered yesterday to my door at 10.30am the next day by standard courier.

Parcelfarce have had a package of mine since Monday, the workshy bds are probably kicking it around a warehouse thinking about how they can use the weather to strike. And I've not had a letter in a while either.

Just me, or anyone else?

Isn't it unfair to blame the posties when they don't work for Parcelforce but Royal Mail?

My postie quite happily delivered me a parcel at my work premises from Amazon today and has braved the conditions on our trading estate when other people haven't. Got post at home today too.

No post for past 2 days. But one of our neighbours is a postie, and he was busy getting his car off the drive first thing this morning, before staying at home all day.

I got post today. Postie was moaning as he had to walk up the hill instead of use his bike.

Also newspaper lad delivered the freebie newspaper this evening as well

I am amazed. Today i have had a large lorry deliver some bathroom stuff Right at the beginning of the four hour delivery slot . Then I had a big post van deliver a special delivery AND a small post van came back to deliver a single letter!

I say lets have more of this snow!

Had post today. Walked to supermarket yesterday afternoon and saw a postie with a bag full of letters. Nutter was wearing shorts too

Today, about noon, and we have 20cm of snow and live on the side of a moor. Bo cars been up or down our road for a week, so he/she must have walked most of the round

My post is daily still but I am waiting on stuff bought on ebay that seems to be stuck somewhere.

This morning. However I also came across a hired transit van stuck in the snow complete with frazzled driver who claimed he was still trying to deliver Christmas Presents. Not sure which delivery service he worked for, but I gave him a tow out of trouble nonetheless...

At work, Royal Mail have ceased all delivery to the premises as it's too rural (H&S etc etc). However collections are continuing. Both are usually done by the same bloke on the same visit

I reckon no one turned up at the sorting office for the last few days.
