Anyone know what Totton is like?

Having to move down to New Forest area- houses in the sort of prices i could afford mostly seem to be in Totton. Can anyone tell me what the area is like please?

Tottons not too bad, close to southampton city center for the night life and some great roads in the New Forest whats not to like!!!

Totton as far as I can see is, well, not that desireable a location.

Oodles better than Thornhill,without a doubt,but some areas of Totton are pretty poo.

You may want to post this in the South Coast section for more local feedback/slating/don't do it replies....

Totton is not tooooooooo bad. You may want to look at Bedford Place. Also, have a look at Romsey - much nicer & you may be able to find a property at around the same budget
