Im wanting to claim money back off Tfl for tonight's stty service.

Due to customer action the Jubilee line was not working at 18:15, so no probs I think, nip across to heron quay and get the DLR to tower gateway as the Bank station is out... So get that after scanning my oyster.

Stops and kicks everyone off at canary wharf (one station) FFS... next one is 7 mins, so I wait the 7 minutes as I have now paid for DLR, get on the DLR and spend a painful 5+ minutes at every stop on the way to Tower gateway, the driver gives up after being told its now closed due to an incident so we all get kicked off at shadwell...

Left to go and search for a bus I finally find one 20 minutes later as all are pack and get it to Liverpool St Station and when there I take the tube to Bank and then home to Clapham.

Get back and think no issues will claim the tickets back for the DLR and bus as the tube would have been my normal charge, go onto TFL and no. you cant claim for it unless you were on the DLR/TUBE and delayed... So now its cost me about £4 extra on top of the normal charge and I cant get it back WTF... Now its the principle of the matter.

So does anyone know how I can claim back for having being inconvenienced as my usual trip home has take over 2 hours when it should take 45mins and cost me over 100% more than normal.

Tfl have a stty website and I cant see it anywhere that is obvious.

It has already cost you an hour.

How much more time are you willing to spend for 4 quid?

Let it go.

From experience, me and an ex got booted off a Northern line somewhere not where we wanted to go. I can't remember how we got back but the next day I went to one of the ticket huts at a station and asked them to refund the fare. A bit of
moaning later they put it back on.

Forget it, TFL are quite the most talented set of onanists in the country.

Not worth the stress but come the revolution their employees will be first up against the wall.

Fill it in if you were using Oyster, you'll get a few quid in the form of a voucher you can apply to your oyster card balance.

Already looked at that... I have to have been delayed and not refused admitance to the station and had to take 2 DLR, 1 BUS and 2 TUBE home... only delayed on DLR and not the others so even though it cost way more I can get nothing.
