Stag Do - Ascot / Windsor

Trying to arrange a stag do for my mate.

He wants to go and watch the horse racing at Ascot during the day followed by a night out somewhere fairly local (Windsor looks fairly close on the map).

So far 30 blokes confirmed.

I've never been to Windsor. Can any one advise on possible hotels / clubs / pubs etc. Places to avoid, places to go.

Personally i'd go to windsor and try a club like mantra. If you phone in advance and do an agreed spend then you can get vip tables upstairs which make the evening alot better IMO. If you want to eat beforehand (eating is cheating though) then thai square is good food well prepared and well priced.
