Now that its possible to take things to pieces and basically copy what is there to build your own, which would be easier to reverse engineer a copy of...

a nuclear bomb

or

The KFC secret recipe.

Nuclear bombs are pretty simple when it all boils down to making one - its getting the constituent parts that is the hard bit.

Then they ruin it with chicken that tastes of nothing.

Depends if the bomb has been set off or not.

I can imagine a detonated nuclear bomb being a little bit tricky to reverse engineer.

A friend of mine worked for a digger manufacturer as a student and his job was to disassemble a competitors product and help to reproduce it.
I think the reason they couldnt just make an identical copy was that some patents needed to be avoided.

I guess this is pretty common in alot of industries

Mmm... just think what you could do with the KFC recipe and quality meat. I can see turkey steaks / pork schnitzel working well too.

Also chicken livers, for some bizzare reason. lick

There's a guy at work who is desperately trying to replicate the taste of KFC's gravy. If you've got the exact ingredients of that then I'll pass them on. He says that chicken Bisto with a chicken OXO cube added doesn't taste the same...

Early gen copies.

Sometimes the copy is more collectible than the original.

Did Sinclair at the time say that he took his calculator prototype over to Japan for evaluation and found a copy on the market before his and then vowed never to use them again.
