Workmates who are not all they seem..

Few years ago now, big company, 5000 employee's at one stage, anyway this guy, typical workmate, never socialised or anything with him myself, but seemed a real nice guy, popular with everyone, had a nickname, someone you could have a laugh with and take the piss and who could take it and dish it out, all round good egg.

Anyway I leave that company and a few years later see his picture in the local rag - Tried and convicted as a paedophile, could of knocked me down with a feather.

I would have thought he would of always had tendencies that way and didnt just 'go bad', made me think back if we ever had any blokey conversations on women as you do, I've racked my brains and cant remember, we must of done as there was a lot of fit women there, it's all we ever mostly talked about, oh and slagging off work.

So has anyone ever worked with someone who perhaps hid a dark secret ?

not from work but i knew a lad from army cadets who seemed fairly normal but a few years later got jailed for raping a nun.

couldn't believe it when i read it in the paper.

A few years after leaving school a Teacher that I once knew really well and got along with got suspended for putting a video camera in the girls changing rooms. That knocked me over for a while...and made me open my eyes to people a lot too!

Three of our customers have been jailed for being a paedophile.
Hopefully they are still there and rotting in hell although I suspect that's not the case.

One of them was a prison guard and making video's of his exploits. I won't say who or what with as the details are sicken to say the least.

This guy was a good mate at college, one of the gang I used to hang out with. Many a time after a big/heavy night out he got me home safely as I was too off my face to even stand.

I was speechless when I got told about him about 6 months ago.

Bizzare how I was totally safe with him.

Still now as queer as folk.

What was he convicted of, has he actually abused some kids, or was it the catch all images "found" on his computer?
