Pressure washer problem
Discussion
Any idea what is going on here? It's a kranzle 599tst same spec as a uk K135. I squeeze the trigger and the kranzle works like normal then you release and the kranzle turs off like it should. However after 30 seconds this starts to happen :

And then after a 20 seconds of this the fuse will blow. Thanks alot.

you seriously expect a diagnosis from that video ?
No but I expected some ideas thrown about
Shockingly someone may....just may have had the exact same problem and may come across my thread. Or it may be a common problem or someone with alot of experience may have a rough idea on what is going on.....Hence the "any idea" and not a " diagnose this problem for me" start..

The kranzle in theory should be dead silent. However its making the noise and you can see the pressure jumping about.
When the trigger is realsed the pressure washer should go off and be quiet, when the trigger is squeezed it should come back on etc.
Whats happening atm is it goes off, then 30 secs later it comes back on by itself with that weird noise you can hear in the video and you can see the pressure needle jumping, after 20 seconds of this the fuse blows. This is all without me touching the pressure washer!

This video came up related to yours

To me it sounds like the pressure switch is at fault and the surging of the motor is causing the fuse to trip.
Had a similar thing with a Karcher.

Pressure washers have an unloader.
Usually work on pressure (some work by flow).
When the trigger is released the pressure increases and the unloader sends the water to "by pass" so the pump doesn't beat itself to death.
So unloader possibly faulty.
Or.....
If your pump is already past its best then it is possible the pressure needed to operate the unloader is not sufficient. It will then also try to beat itself to death
ETA unloader will also "cycle on" even with trigger released if there is a leak between unloader and trigger, even a small leak will cause the pressure to drop enough to shut off the by pass.
