i can translate this on the web but it doesnt make sense:

"Es handelt sich um NEUE Sättel.
Nicht revidiert sondern neu aus der Kiste.
Gern liefern wir ihnen auch die originalen Sättel für 999,-€ das Paar inkl. Versand."


It's about an auction for some brake calipers. It says they are new but then not 'newly revised' whatever that means. It then goes on to say that they will sell them with 'original saddles' for a greater price. If they are new though, how can they be made any better of more expensive ?

sounds to me like they are trying to say new old stock or with the old brake callipers

why would i want the original saddles when the ones they are selling are new ?

and what the hell is a saddle ? a brake caliper presumably ?

Don't ask me, ask the person who wrote the original ad.

I think "the original" refers to original parts, possibly? As in BMW parts for BMWs?

The "saddle" will be a Bremssattel, brake calliper. But that's not what the original German says. Lazy writing...

Sorry I can't be any more help, but you'll have to go back to the person who wrote the ad to clarify that "original" bit if you want to be 100% certain.
