who has these ,who thinks of these stupid ideas to fleece the unsuspecting ,whats wrong with putting a jumper on .
or turn the heating up...

rant with no swearing ,see it is possible.

Erm, I have one of these, came in really handy during the cold spell while I was spending hours at the computer working, turning the heating up didn't seem to work as I am not that close to a radiator, and that was costing far more money anyway and there was only me in the house.

They are actually quite warm and cosy paperbag
