Sorry if there's another topic, search didn't reveal any.

Since April Fools is a fortnight away, thought it might be a good idea to try and collect some suggestions so that next week people who fancy a prank can get some inspiration.

I'm planning on rebadging my Impreza as an Evo for the day. Should be worth a laugh.

Might rewire my boss' desk phone at work to swop the microphone and speaker round so he'll be confused at first, and then look like a fool holding the phone the wrong way up when he's using it.

Other ideas involve:
  • Driving around in the work compound in reverse.
  • Putting some coke or something in a beer bottle and drinking that at my desk
  • A few things might get rearranged in my housemate's room.
I'll probably only do the rebadge and the phone thing, but anybody else got any decent plans (or indeed things they've done)? I know it's a bit immature, but it's all good fun.

Woah, crazy.

That is hilarious. Absolutely bloody hilarious. In exactly the same way that cock cancer is.

Why is reverse funny - seriously do you see people reversing and quite literally LOL? You should come and check out Tesco near me - the car park is full of people doing it all day long - it's like a 24 hour comedy festival every day.

I see the second one going something like this:

"Oi ginge - are you drinking beer?"
"Ha ha ha - no it's coke"
"Oh right..."

Although i'm pretty sure that hilarity will ensue at some point along the line.

Joking aside, how the frik is THAT an April fool's trick?

Isn't that just you driving your Datsun backwards?

Unless you can convince someone that time has starting running backwards...

Yeah, do that.

Only you'll have to speak backwards when you tell them, otherwise it won't make sense.

I don't appear to be the most popular member on PH right now. Not exactly sure what I've done wrong - maybe it's just my immaturity showing. Still, every dog has his day and all that. I'd like to think I'm better than a troll, at least. I tend to get along with PH'ers at the meets anyway.

As for the Evo/Impreza idea, I'm thinking of changing them over and leaving the car in a Halfords car park for an hour or two. It'd be interesting to see what mr chav in his blinged up saxo thinks.

Reversing/beer/housemates - not my idea. The other ideas are things I've heard from my mates.

Although a past april fools did involve rearranging a housemate's cupboard with the aid of the other folks I was living with.

I will help you.

You have to play these tricks in the morning, right.

That's one of the rules.

Yeah, him.

You have "access" to him nice and early.

You should fk him up properly.

Like, when he's asleep, soak his bedding in fake blood and climb in next to him wearing a bra and knickers and smear a snickers all over your face, like it's poo, and when he wakes up you have your face two inches from his, grinning insanely.

Then say something like "this is what you've always wanted, isn't it."

Something like that.

Woah, stop right there.

You're mental you are. "You've got to watch out for me - I'm a bit wacky/zany!"

How exactly did you "rearrange" his cupboard? Turn all the tins around so the labels weren't facing outwards?

And why did you need assistance in doing so?

Aw, you're lovely aren't you.

Anyway, do what I said and ruin your housemate's life.

Tell the cops that Peachy made you do it.
