My mum has just related a story to me which had me in tears. All true which makes it even funnier. One of her friends has a son with downs syndrome, her friend recieved a phone call from her son yesterday who said that she needed to come round and help because he'd caught a leprichaun. She rushed around to see what he was on about, turns out he'd kidnapped a dwarf and locked him in a cupboard. She asked why he was locked in a cupboard and the son replied that he'd let him out in the garden but he kept trying to escape so he'd locked him in the cupboard.

Don't worry, he is white wink Not sure about the leprichaun though. Possibly Irish if that's any better for diversity.

Haha I thought to myself as I opened the thread 'claiming a story as 100% true means it is more than likely not'. I'm sure there must be some law akin to Godwin's Law for this phenomenon!

Isn't that the incorrect telling of the joke?

Doesn't it involved a night in Amsterdam, a load of lsd, and a kidnapped downy?

It may be true but I think you need to re read your post as your opening line lead me to believe it may have been funny.

It's not true, never has been, not when it was students on LSD and not now that it's Downs.
