I am looking for a good on line translation tool which is good for technical or engineering translations. I know there are tools like Google but when you put bush (as in bushing) you get hedge out which is causing me a lot of problems.

I don’t mind paying for such a service but I would like a cut and paste solution,

Thanks all, have a good Friday

For Technical you may well need a real person in the mix as I can imagine that technical terms may not translate well automatically.

Yes, that's a thought, but we have to look at about 10 different languages and that is not really an option. I thought there may be an online tool we could use, or submit it on line to be reviewed and sent back in a very short time

if it's german you're after http://dict.leo.org/?lang=en is very good for translations of words and short phrases, there's also a searchable forum

no full sentence translator is going to be any good, IME
