Blackberry storm predcitive (ish) typing

Help,

Is it possible to change the Storm so that when you hit the ui button it gives you the I, not a u.

There is no word "u" but my Blackberry seems to use it every occassion that I press that button.

starting to seriously puss me off.

The current software version (5 I believe) is full of glitches - I have the same issue and am now suffering a four hour battery life in standby mode.
