OK once every couple of weeks I keep on getting emails from the above company advertising land "exclusive for existing customers". I haven't heard of them, never asked them to email me any details, nor do I want them too and just last month I got a phone call from them and they are seriously pissing me off now. How can I stop them from spamming me?

I replied to their email 2 weeks ago and asked them to stop.
They sent another email today so was a lot less polite with them in my reply this time.

What can I do to stop this?

Block them in your email client. I send some straight to the trash.

well, it depends on the email client you use... I use 'Mail', so I set up rules like this..

The rules pane in preferences...

And a blocked email address...

What email client do you use, and if you don't, I'm sure you can do it via whatever web based email service you use.

Yes, but still use BT Yahoo! too as Outlook is on my home computer, but check my email at work too.

Send them a virus, attached as a spreadsheet, telling them it contains all your personal details.
