going to a 30th birthday party tomorrow and i have no idea as to what i should get for the girl in question. taking food and drink and was wondering in the ph collective could suggest something as a little present. budget up to £20

NO ! most woman by 30 have decided on their perfume and tastes; therefore find out what she wears or dont go down that route. You don't bathe or moisturise in one scent and the put on another IMO.

A picture frame with a pic of her, or her and you having a laugh? wouldn't take 5 mins to print one out, or ask a mutual friend to forward one and get a frame, (erm not sounding a cheapskate here but Boots have some really nice ones ). HTH

choccys might be an idea but she has a condition which does not allow her to eat anything with wheat in , i forget what thats called.
smelly stuff is a safe bet i think.also bit limited as to what i can get as i am restricted to shops in berkhamsted . boots it is then
