Looking to buy 754 lottery tickets, can this be done at the Post Office? Seems to me like it might take a while and the little old ladies might start waving their sticks at me.

Oops, shows my lottery playing inexperience. Still looks like a button pushing nightmare.

May I ask why you are looking to buy 754 tickets? Is there something you know that we dont wink

Why dont you make it an even 800 tickets? Are all these tickets just for one draw?

No, I don't know anything. Happen to come into some money in at the office and we were trying to work out what to do with it. 10 Staff, could have a good night out, day at the races, Spa Day (Girls choice, not mine) and so on. We could not decide on anything, mostly we are all too busy, so we decided to blow the lot on lottery tickets.

Unless you have 754 x 6 specific numbers, I think you can buy "754 lucky dips", so not quite as painful smile

Choose the same number 754 times to save work.

Book trackday at Spa, ferry and hotel. Call them ungreatful SoB's if they complain that is not what they meant.

If the numbers win though, he'll get more of a share. Rather than 1/1 if he only bought one ticket, he'll get 754/754 of the share. Result thumbup

You realise that 1/1 is exactly the same as 754/754, don't you.

Rather than 1/n he'd get 754/m (m should taken to be n+753)... wouldn't he?

Buy them all, also buy yourself a ticket.

If one wins and your ticket loses, swap your ticket for the winning one wink

Awesome.

On a side note, should you buy 2 matching lottery tickets as you will get an increased payout should there be more than one winner?

What about scratch cards? People can then scratch some at their leisure for "fun".

I won £100 quid on one a few weeks back (I never usually buy them). Out buying donuts for the office on my birthday I had a pound change so I bought one. Result.
