I may have communist neighbours..

Today when leaving my flat, I smelled a distinct odour of incense coming from my neighbours flat. They moved in a few weeks ago and we've not met or spoken yet.

I'm worried I may have hippies - or worse, communists living next door to me. What can I do? Are there any precautions I should take in case I bump into them on the stairs?

dont be too bothered, maybe the flat has a strange smell to it, maybe the person uses these to relax. I burn lavender oil when im stressed, but im neither of the above
