What is this book?

[Ayahuasca]

It is a volume of ghost stories, can't remember the title but it had stories about:

A pre-war German racing driver (baron von something) whose ghostly car appeared during races to run the other cars off the road.

A scottish castle that drives its owner mad and he burns his housekeeper alive.

A haunted ship.

A haunted amulet that takes the wearer back to Tudor times
