I use one of those day to day and it's a lovely pen. There's a rollerball version too.

How tedious is this forum becoming?
It's boring how people try to better each other at being funny.
I'm sure it must be nice to be such a 'big personality' on a forum, no doubt you're quite dull in real life.

Hi,
Looking to buy a pen as a gift, preferably not a fountain type, for around £35 as a gift for a female friend.
Any recommendations?
Cheers,
I'd suggest going for a Waterman ballpoint pen ( http://www.waterman.com/en/style/pens/inks ) or a Parker Pen ( http://www.parkerpen.com/en/ ) both are very stylish and elegant considering your price range. Mont Blanc is okay however it's rare and getting refills can be a pain in the neck, especially if you don't have a WHSmith or John Lewis near you.Looking to buy a pen as a gift, preferably not a fountain type, for around £35 as a gift for a female friend.
