I am fat and unfit, and I climbed a mountain yesterday. I am over the moon about it.

So just a quick note to say, if you have been thanking you are too "something" to do what ever you want to do, give it a try anyway. I did, and succeeded smile

How does this work? Is it just straight off a mountain into the car? Would like to try this but have no idea where to start.

The challenge is climb 3 highest peak in 3 country (Scotland, England & Wales) in 24 hours time frame.

Basically start walk at Ben Nevis at 4pm and straight off onto car after coming down and head down to Scafell Pike and start walk at 3am.

Aim to complete Snowdon at 4pm on the next day.

I am organising it so feel free ask any question about this.

Which track did you do?

Pyg Track? Crib Goch or the one from Llanberis?

One of my best mountain days was doing the Snowdon horseshoe in full winter conditions and not seeing another person all day smile

Doing the 6 peaks at the begining of July which includes Snowden, Scafell and Ben Nevis along with highest peak on Isle of Man, Northern and Southern Ireland all in 72 hours.

Bagging your first peak or returning after a few years absence is always a good feeling and great achievment.
