We are looking for unique and wonderful wedding venues which give good value for money. This being ph, I thought a few of you lot oght to be able to suggest something? We would have around thirty guests with more for the evening celebration!

Location not an issue

Make it simple and cheap...

You'll be needing the money you save for the divorce lawyers...

HTH, and have a nice day....smile

It was brilliant. Currently being restored again, should be done by September time I think.

In laws house and then a restaurant. 'Close' friends and 'close' family only. Loved it.

We had a lovely ceremony at the top of the Stratosphere in a little chapel which looked out over Vegas, it was amazing.

We got married at a place called Clearwell Castle down in the Forest of Dean, not far from Monmouth.

A truly fantastic venue with massive appeal once you start having a proper look around.

Banyan Tree Hotel, Seychelles.

Going abroad is the smart choice - you don't have to pay for a party for loads of people you don't really like. smile Only very close friends and family will turn up.

On the stage of the Swan Theatre, Stratford-upon-Avon. Did the day "upside down" - since we had such a large venue, everyone was invited to the ceremony and buffet (at a local hotel - conveyed there by barge from the Theatre), then we had a smaller gathering for closest friends & family in the evening.

http://www.themillhousehotel.co.uk/ - lovely little hotel which we had to ourself. It's an old lodge on the Wellington Estate.

We had 50 for the wedding, and 50 more in the evening. Having exclusivity was key.

I've photographed two weddings at Yaxley Hall in Suffolk - it's absolutely lovely and just the sort of place I'd like to live in if I had a couple of million!

We've been invited to a wedding in Edinburgh Castle this summer - should be a great setting.
